It does exactly what you'd expect your wok to do. Its non stick coating is fantastic! The only food I needed oil with was bacon due to the salts, they burnt quickly but that was a good thing as it then showed how amazing it is when it comes to cleaning it. It just wiped off. No issues at all. Its a nice lightweight pan. Nothing worse than a heavy wok when you're trying to toss the food in the pan. The hourglass thermo heat indicator is good, it does work and takes just over a minute to disappear on my strongest gas ring. I dont really care for it though as I've been cooking for so many years that I instinctively know when my pan is hot enough. It claims to cook food quicker but I cant say i noticed this. No issues but nothing unusually fast. I have other non stick pans including Tefal and with time they all work less efficiently where the non stick is concerned.
