The automatic programmes are a great help. I have no difficulty with the shallow tray (6cm x 27cm x 27cm) and am now producing pizzas, vegetables and fish frequently. Tefal could help by providing a recipe book and a clearer introduction to air-frying for my inquisitive mind. No preheat. The standout feature is definitely the spinning stone – it ensures the base gets perfectly crisp without having to constantly turn the pizza yourself. It feels like a proper pizzeria experience at home! Cleanup is easy, and it’s great for both fresh dough and ready-made bases.
