What really stands out is how easy it makes cooking.The grill automatically adjusts the cooking time based on the thickness of the food, so there is no need to keep checking or quessing.I like that i can cook diffrent portions at once and still get great results.The cooking indicator super useful ,especially for meat,as it shows clearly when it is rare ,medium or well done.The alerts let you know when each stage is reached,which takesa lot of pressure off while cooking. The XL size is perfect for family meals,or meal prep,and i also like that plates are angled so excess fat drains away.Cleaning is straightforward too,which is a big plus. It’s allowed us to cook meals for both ourselves and guests over the holidays too, plenty of space for several burgers or skewers on the pan. The preheating takes a few minutes but then when you press the lid down it measures the thickness of what you’re making and then sets cooking time. We’ve done large chicken breasts in under three minutes after preheating and it’s been perfectly tender inside! This honestly is so easy to use that it has been used a few times a week already. The display is clear and very easy to navigate. The added bonus of a defrost option along with the searing option is an added bonus. It is so simple to use, select the item that is being cooked, the choices range from beef right through to fish or chicken too. Choose the cooking setting required which for the beef option we used was blue, rare, medium or well done. Now this was the game changer for me because I could never tell when my steak was cooked enough so ended up with a chewy piece of leather when I used to cook it! But not anymore, this little beauty actually measures the thickness and tells you the cooking time required for the meat. Wait, what?!! Honestly this was spot on, seriously! I love that it’s easy to use, and the smart technology works out how long to cook the meat we used to perfection. My favourite was the steaks, the options allowed for personal preference, and the steaks were perfect, and had the griddled, smoky flavour in a fraction of the time. It made easy work of bacon for a large family, and chicken breasts remained moist but again had the chargrilled exterior. I owned an earlier model before, but unfortunately I didn’t know how to use it properly because it didn’t have the advanced features this one offers, so I sold mine. This model is simply outstanding! It has inteligent language selection system, followed by various grilling programs. Once you place the food on the grill , it automatically measures its thickness and adjust the grilling time accordingly. It also notifies you with a sound when the food is ready . You can prepare meat in 3 different levels doneness at the same time , Which is incredibly convenient. Every single meal I’ve made with this grill has turned out perfect. It is very easy to use, suitable for everyone regardless of age. Since I have mine I grill almost everything on it: vegetables ( especially cherry tomatoes) , hallumi cheese , burgers, steaks. Each product come out juicy and perfectly cooked without loosing natural taste.
