Dream Steamer
When the box arrived I was sceptical about how such a small appliance could be up to the job, but it surely was! I have used it to steam a linen shirt, linen trousers and cotton bedding for an unexpected last-minute house guest, and every time it was up to the job in hand. It is quite fiddly to use though, I think I need to get better at the technique as to hold the appliance, hold the garment in the right position and not over-steam is quite tricky as I think I made the linen shirt, (the first attempt) a little damper than I had expected to. But, I like the steamer and will be using it again. Thank you.

Full steam ahead
If, like me, you can't be bothered to get the ironing board out and think that life is too short to press your pants, this is the product for you. Super easy to use, and while the results might not be as crisp as those you'd get pounding an iron over your shirts, this does a great job at getting the worst creases out of your clothes. It is actually quite fun, which is something I would never say about ironing. To summarise, this steamer is perfect for idle folk like me who don't want to look as if they slept in their clothes.

Tefal access stem
When I recieved this is was a little unsure how good it would be but I absolutely loved it! As a busy mum of two boys who discards clothing everywhere without hanging things up it was great discarded t shirts looked freshly ironed in seconds, and was so easy to use. Was great not to have to get the iron and ironing board out for that 1 school shirt that had to be done quick in the morning. It is very compact so would fit into luggage really easy when you are going away. The finish is not as good as an iron but I wouldn't have expected it to be but is really close, and it is a little heavy so if you were flying would take up a bit of your allowence. Would definitely recommend not only for travelling but having in the house to pull out for those quick emergencies.

Steam age??
Anything that makes ironing redundant or easier is going to be good in my book. Checked the instructions, filled the reservoir with water and plugged the steamer in ready to go!
The instructions say you have to hook the item of clothing over a door. Problem 1. The machine flex is quite short and there is only 1 suitable door in the house that was close enough to a socket, and even then it would only just get to the top of the article. The steamer is marketed as suitable for travel but I can't think of a single hotel room I've been in recently that would allow me to use it in this way.
Once up to temp (which is nice and quick) the steaming started. Problem 2. If there is a very light crease then yes, it will help remove it. Anything more than this (and my packing isn't great so tops often have crease marks in them) and you haven't got a hope. All you end up with is a slightly less creased top with water spots all over and a damp door.
Overall, pretty ineffective and disappointing.

Ease of use.
The garment steamer was amazing .This was my first time using one. It was so easy to use , and the instructions were very easy to read.
I would recommended this product to anyone.

Great addition - no more creases!!!
The Tefal Garment steamer has been such a great addition to my household. It heats up so quickly and stores away super neatly.
I've tested this on several different items of clothings, from linen to jeans to more delicate fabrics. Works like a dream on anything.
I was wonderfully surprised by how well it took the creases out of a pair of linen trousers, I was a little sceptical before I started but within minutes I was completely crease free.

Tefal hand held travel steamer
A useful little gadget when you are travelling or don’t want to get the iron out, it is also useful for curtains. The water container is a little small but easy enough to refill. The handle design meant that my hand slid up to the steam head and was a little warm, but it’s easy to hold and use. It managed to get the creases out of a top and t shirt which had been tumble dried and left in too long . The finish on these items were very acceptable.

Okay for travel
The steamer worked well on clothes that had previously been ironed and than say packed into a bag. The steamer worked parked particularly well on silk. Unfortunantly it did seem to struggle on items "straight out of the washing machine" after they were dry. I feel that it wouldnt seem very useful for everyday However if you had a tiny crease and were traveling it would do its job
