Brilliant!!This is a brilliant kitchen appliance. I haven’t used my oven or grill since I got it. When I cooked chicken it stayed moist and when I cooked steaks they cooked perfectly medium like we all like it. The only thing I haven’t mastered is chips. Both homemade and frozen don’t seem to cook properly in the little drawer so more practice needed. I love the fact that both drawers are different sizes and that there is a sync function which makes making meals so much easier. I like the shape and colour of the appliance as it fits in nicely with my kitchen. I would definitely recommend this product as I don’t know how I actually managed without it before.

Fantastic!Having only used a basic single drawer airfryer before I was interested to see what this could do...it is amazing. It had so many functions and having two grills that could do seperate things made making dinners much easier and far more quickly. The booklet that came with it was great for timings and also included some lovely recipes which was an added bonus. It is sturdy, well made and easy to clean and considering its been put through a lot of cooking since I got it, that is one key thing I found sets it apart from other airfryers. I highly rate this and it has been a godsend feeding all the hungry mouths in my house. Definitely a recommendation from me.

ExcellentThis product certainly gives other competitors a run for its money. The instructions were clear and concise, very easy to use and operate. I received the air fryer on Saturday morning and can say I used it every day whether out was for a snack or a full on meal. The sync button really helped when getting everything to finish at once, no more cold chips while waiting for the nest to cook. I cooked a full chicken in one side then roast potato’s in the other absolute perfection. As the drawers and grill racks go in the dishwasher cleaning was a breeze. I would highly recommend this when looking for a dual zone air fryer

Where have you been all my life?I was a bit sceptical about air fryers before I bought this. However I'm literally blown away by it. the build quality is fantastic, and after a few goes the control panel is easy to use and fully controllable. and as for cooking, well everything is cooked to perfection and so much cleaner, cheaper and quicker than using traditional methods. Everyone in our home (6) now use it on a daily basis as their go to cooking method. Only thing I would change is the rather annoying end of cycle/shake the chips alarm, too high pitched for my sensitive ears. but that is a minor thing.

Brilliant AirFryerI have used a ninja airfryer for 2 years and after 2 days of using this I thought far more of the Tefal airfryer. Its by far a better machine, I really like the 2 drawer system, being able to cook separate items but sync them to be cooked at the same time is brilliant. The cooking times given are very good and a great touch is the half way through cooking reminder to shake your chios etc. So easy to clean and dishwasher friendly. It looks good, the design is sleek and smooth with a nice digital touch screen front. All in all I am now getting rid of my Ninja and will be using this new machine. It really is a great machine.

My New Kitchen MVP!First off, having 2 compartments is a massive upgrade over an older air fryer that I have and I had received this just as my oven had broken which was lucky so have been cooking using it for the past 2 weeks.
I have been cooking everything from Fries and nuggets, sausage casserole to a spanakopita(Greek spinach and feta pie) and having the digital display with built in timers means I don't have to juggle with timers on my phone.
In short, the Tefal Easy Fry Dual & Grill has quickly become my kitchen MVP. It's even taken some of the stress out of cooking. Whether you're a seasoned cook or a newbie in the kitchen, this appliance is versatile and easy to use.

Great if(and it’s a big if)you can get it to cookHad the item for approx 3 weeks now. If I can get the cooking cycle to start then it’s great. The issue is trying to start the cooking cycle. As I’m pressing the cooking program / temp or time the screen just switches off and displays an E1 fault. Three times I have been in contact with Tefal about this issue, three times They have made contact asking for a video which I have given them. And then all goes quiet. What is the point of having a Facebook page whereI can leave feedback, you reply asking for video which supply and then nothing. Customer service is shocking

Tefal Easy Fry Dual & Grill SilverSo, received the appliance, the look design is great.
It wa great being able to cook both parts of your main meal at once.
The draws although designed well to get them out you did have to give a push on the appliance with my finger to help get it out.
Cooking wise, I feel its definitely a good idea to stick to time your confident with. I cooked a chicken in the draw for said time and was a bit pink.
Im still learning with this appliance, but Im enjoying my journey.
Super easy to clean, for me I clean straight after I have eatan using soft cloth. Bit water inside draw and dash liquid and comes up perfect.
