Rated 4 out of 5 by BeckyM835 from Easy to use with great results I was really excited to try the Extra Crispy lid. It fitted easily onto the Tefal Cook4Me and was ready to use very quickly. I used it to cook some breaded haddock which I would normally cook. I actually cooked it for less time than suggested as it was starting to be overdone. The breadcrumb coating was wonderfully crisp, and I loved that the smell I would normally experience when using the oven was not present this time. I can’t wait to try the Crisp Lid to try cooking oven chips and onion rings, but based on the experience with the fish, I don’t see how chips need 33 minutes cooking time! I think this is going to need a bit of trial and error.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Soldierboy79997 from Really good addition to the Air Fryer So this is a good addition to the Tefal Cook4Me, however it does have its limitations due to the Cook4Me’s round design. Having a round lid does limit it’s capacity to crisp things up, I did try the obvious and made some fries and they did do a cracking job, although it said to soak the fries for 30 minutes I didn’t bother and they turned out great. I also did some home made style KFC chicken which again turned out nice and crispy. Again I tried some chicken wings that were already pre-cooked and then I crisped them up in the air fryer with some sauce. Overall I would recommend it as it’s well built but there are better versions out there with better capacity.

I also wanted to see if roasting a chicken was as easy as it sounds so this was the next dish I attempted. It really was a simple process and the chicken was really tasty with the meat falling off the bone at the end of the cooking process. The skin was also super crispy. I think it is a great addition to what is already a fabulous product. Can't imagine cooking without it now.

Between this and the pressure cooker itself, my oven and hob have been more or less replaced altogether. This attachment works wonders - the air fryer function makes the nicest home made chips I've ever tasted, and the baking function cooks food so much faster than a standard oven, and therefore saves me a lot of electricity. The lid requires no setting up whatsoever - literally just plug and play. And best of all, I no longer have to transfer my cottage pie from the pressure cooker into my oven to brown the potato! If you have a Cook4Me, this attachment seriously is a no brainer. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

There are four main options that you can choose from in addition to all of the Benefits of already owning your tefal Cook4Me touch. It's so easy to use and so much healthier than frying in the pan! I enjoyed the grill as well which I have used to brown off the tops of my meals. You can try the bake option to create cakes to perfection and the roast function which is wonderful for cooking roasts for friends and family! I look forward trying out all the brilliant recipes you can find on the app and I definitely recommend this gadget to expand your Cook4Me experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Sehsew6 from Wasn’t sure if I’d use it, was I wrong!! Ok so I looked to buy one of these air fryer products so many times but stopped as couldn’t work out if I’d use it. This test was ideal for me. So far I’ve used it every day for something. Roast potatoes, chips, jackets, reheating pizza, all sorts and everything has come out beautifully!! So impressed! Even cheap supermarket own brand chips came out perfectly crisp and fluffy! Had a few confusing moments starting out but once I got the hang of the settings and the speed it cooks at I’m really impressed. Now going to try some more complicated recipes as I’m gaining confidence by the day with using it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by curchep3 from Useful addition I was very keen to try out the Tefel Extra Crisp lid, as the roasting and air fry functions would suit t he style of food I normally cook. The instructions were a bit vague but I soon got the hang it it through trial and error. I'd say the quantities food that you can cook in one go would feed two people max. The lid fits loosely onto the existing Tegal pot - I was expecting it to clip on so form a tight seal. However the fit does keep heat I and prevents smells from escaping. I've used the preset timings and all the food I've cooked as been done just right - a whole chicken, chucked pieces and a variety of vegetables (and yes - chips). This is a great addition to my kitchen.
