<span itemprop="description">Having used cast iron all the time it was nice to have a pot that has the same cooking effect but such less weight. Made it manageable with bigger meals lifting out the oven and placing it was a breeze. When it came to cleaning it was a breeze, soaked for 5 minutes and it was back to brand new. Food was so moist , the flavours were locked in and gave us all a great dinner time.</span>
